Disclaimer

I just wanted to explain one thing about my posts.

I will spend so long writing my blog and laying out the pictures and the descriptions under the pictures, etc, and then when I click on the "publish post" button it all changes. There are spaces where I had no spaces. Spaces I did want are now deleted. The descriptions under each picture are no longer centered. It's a mess. So then I will edit the post again and change these mistakes, click publish post, and then, again! New spaces, deleted spaces. A mess. So, I try to make it look nice. I do, but it just doesn't work. If any other fellow blogger out there has advice on how to avoid this, it will be much appreciated. Until then, I apologize for the weird layouts.

  1. Hey! It took me awhile to figure that out too. If you use the html format when typing your post, you'll have more control over your spacing. There are also html codes you can type in yourself to create the look you're going for, but I'm not very proficient with the codes. I can tell you that if you type
at the end of a sentence (while in the html format), that will give you a hard break between paragraphs, etc. Anyway, hope that helps!

  2. Okay, so apparently if I try to type the proper code, it creates the space in the comment too....not very helpful. So, let's try this again. Use the less than sign (one above the comma), they type BR, they type the greater than sign (above the period). That will create the break. Hope that makes better sense. I also saw a book recently that was "Blogger for Dummies." Not saying you're a dummy, just throwing out a suggestion if you want some "light" reading. :)
